1st Layer-Crust-1 cup butter, 1 cup chopped pecans, 2 cups flour, 4 T sugar, salt. Mix and pat into 9x13" pan, greased lightly. Bake @ 350º for 14-20 minutes. Cool 2nd Layer-Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1-1/3 C cool whip, 1 C powdered sugar. Mix well and spread over crust.
