1 package sausage (ground)
1 can crescent rolls
1 C frozen hash browns (thawed)
4 oz. cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1/2 C chopped green onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Brown sausage on stovetop. Place crescents in a pie dish with points toward center and press together to form a circular "crust" and outside edges under to form a rim. Inside crust, layer browned sausage, hash browns, green onions and cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper and pour evenly over the layers. Sprinkle with parmesan on top and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes (or until eggs are set).
