1 c. pancake mix
2 T. yellow cornmeal
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 c. water
8 hot dogs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the pancake mix, cornmeal, sugar, chili powder, and cumin. Add water and beat well. Dip hot dogs in batter and drain excess batter over bowl. In deep skillet, fry 2 at a time in hot fat (375) for 1-2 minutes. Insert a wooden skewer into one end of each corn dog. Drain well on paper towels.
