1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 small package frozen peas, thawed
1 medium red or yellow onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 lb. bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
8-oz. carton sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In rectangular pan, layer lettuce, onion, peas, and celery. In small bowl, combine sour cream and sugar; spread over onion, peas, and celery. In same bowl, combine mayonnaise and vinegar; spread over sour cream. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheese. Store covered in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
