1 3/4 cup All purpose flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon maple extract
1/2 sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bread pan. Combine first 3 ingredients, And set aside. Beat together egg,sugar, milk. vegetable oil,& maple extract. Combine Dry ingredients half at a time until blended. In a separate bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Pour half the mixture in the greased bread pan, And sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture over top & half of the maple syrup. Pour the rest of the bread mixture and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top and with a knife swirl the bread mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes with a knife throughout the bread and pour the rest of the syrup over top. Bake for 15 more minutes and remove from the oven and let cool completely.
