1 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Biscuits~
2 1/4 cups bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add cocoa and flour; stir until a thick paste is formed. Stir in sugar and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Bake biscuits according to box directions.
