1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/8 cup oil
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seed
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 tsp almond extract


Directions:

Combine all ingredients in listed order, blending thoroughly after each addition.
Bake at 350 40 minutes for muffins 1 hour 15 minutes for loaves.
