Cake~
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 cup water
5 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Frosting~
6 tbsp. milk
5 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
4 cups confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease & flour 10x 15 inch pan. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda & salt. Mix in sour cream, then beat in eggs. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in water. Add 5 tbps. cocoa. Bring mixture to a boil, remove from heat. Allow to cool, then stir cocoa mixture into dry ingredients, mix until blended. Pour into pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Frosting~
In a large saucepan, combine milk, cocoa & butter. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Stir in confectioner's sugar & vanilla, then fold in nuts. Mix until blended. Spread over warm cake.
