Ingredients:  
1 tsp. Finely chopped garlic
1 TBSP. Chopped fresh cilantro
Half of an onion, roughly chopped
Half of a jalapeño, roughly chopped, no seeds
{Or how ever many jalapeños you like}
A tomato cored and cut into quarters
Sprinkle with Nature’s Seasoning Salt
Squeeze the juice from half of a lime, {not lemon}
Pour a small can of tomato sauce over everything

In a blender, layer all ingredients in order.
pulse in your blender until everything is chopped and mixed well. I like it a little chunky, but if you prefer, a little more blended is fine, too.

Refrigerate if you don’t eat it all up. It actually tastes better the next day or two.

This is a good accompaniment to Bruce’s Breakfast Burritos.
