Ingredients:
1 lbs. of pinto beans
drizzle of vegetable oil
ranch dressing

Directions:
In a crock pot, add a pound of Pinto beans and cover two inches above with water. Cook on low all night long.

Turn off pot in the morning. Let cool slightly. Take out your electric beaters and blend all the beans until they are smooth.

In a non-stick pan add a little vegetable oil (or bacon grease, but Bruce doesn’t like that with the beans). Put a couple laddel-fuls of the beans in the heated pan with oil. Fry the beans until it is thick.

Place the beans on a plate and drizzle with a little RANCH Dressing! Do NOT mix. Give Bruce a soup spoon because he won’t eat it with a fork.

I think it is pretty good used as a dip for nacho chips.
