Ingredients:
3 pieces of bacon
2 eggs
1 warm tortilla
2 slices of American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry a few strips of bacon in a pan, set the bacon aside.

Scramble two eggs and cook until fluffy.

Warm a flour tortilla {Bruce insists on homemade, which I purchase from a neighbor, because white girls from Michigan shouldn’t be allowed to make them} on a skillet or non-stick pan and place on an aluminum foil sheet.

Place two slices of American cheese on top of the warm tortilla. Add the scrambled eggs and slices of bacon. Roll up and wrap in the aluminum foil sheet. Place back on the warm pan for a minute to heat the cheese. Tear off half of the foil to expose one half of the burrito.

Bruce’s tips:
Use only good quality American Cheese.
Do NOT add potatoes or you will ruin Bruce’s appetite.
Do NOT just roll it up and give it to him on a plate.
Do NOT add the bacon to the eggs while the eggs are cooking because it will soften the bacon.
If you stray from the original recipe, Bruce will NOT eat it.
Feel free to add your own variations, after you have made Bruce’s.
