1 tbsp yeast
1 cube butter or margarine
1 cup milk
3 eggs
4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk until butter is melted. Add eggs. When lukewarm add yeast (dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp sugar) flour sugar and salt mix well with spoon. cover and let raise for 5 to 6 hours. Make two balls. roll out in circle, cut each circle into eight pieces like a pie. Roll up starting with large end. Place on greased cookie sheet with point side down. Let raise for 5 to 6 hours. Bake at 400º for 12 to 15 minutes.
