1 cut up fryer chicken ( I use boneless skinless breasts)
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 finely chopped almonds (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parleys
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
14-12 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredient together. Dip chicken in butter then coat in dry ingredients. Bake 400 for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with butter.
