1 tbsp yeast 1 1/2 cup warm water 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp honey 3-4 cup flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt and honey. Add enough flour to form a soft dough. Knead lightly. Divide into 16 equal portions and roll into sticks. Place in a 9X13 pan. Melt a cube of butter and drizzle over entire pan. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. let rise 15 minutes to 1/2 hour however much time you have. Bake 375º for 20-25 minutes.
