1 c. whipping cream, divided
2 tbsp. grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and 1/2c. whipping cream in a saucepan, stir until smooth. Stir in remaining whipping cream, cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients, cook until cheese melts.
