8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/8 and 1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar, and 1/8 tsp. salt. Beat well and stir in chocolate chips. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa, soda, 1 c. sugar, and 1/2 tsp. salt together. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Line muffin tins with paper liners. Fill 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Add a tbsp. of the cream cheese mixture on top. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes (they will be gooey until they cool).
