1 pkg. pre-shredded cole slaw 1 bottle sun-dried tomato dressing w/olive oil 1 4-oz can chopped black olives 1 ripe roma tomato 2 ripe avocados salt pepper onion powder
Chop avocados and tomatoes into small sections. Mix with dressing and pinch of salt/pepper/onion powder. Pour over cole slaw. Chill overnight or serve right away. Add peppers or crushed dried red pepper for spice.
