6 eggs
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 can croissant rolls
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. crumbled cooked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x9 glass casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Roll out croissant rolls to cover bottom and up the sides of the pan evenly. For 5 minutes bake croissant crust, it will not be done. Break and mix up eggs in bowl with salt/pepper/onion powder, pour over crust. Layer cheese and sausage. Cover for 10 minutes and bake, uncover and finish baking until eggs are semi-solid and cheese has melted.
Add bacon, peppers, tomatoes, onions, optional.
