6 pkgs. of yellow cornbread mix
1/2 bunch of celery chopped
2 white onions chopped
4 cans of chicken broth
1 stick of butter unsalted
2 tbsp. of dried sage
6 raw eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Follow instructions of cornbread, let cool and crumble. Melt stick of butter, saute celery and onions. Remove from heat, add crumbled cornbread to pan, mix, add sage, broth and raw eggs mix well. Should be somewhat soupy. If it isn't add more eggs or broth. Add cooked sausage, raisins, apples or pecans as desired.
Bake at 375º for 45-60 minutes covered. Uncover for last 15 minutes or until top golden brown.
