1 package Bihon rice noodles
2-3 pieces of garlic
1/2 onion chopped or 3-5 green onion sliced thin
3-4 medium size carrots sliced thin
1/2 head cabbage
3-4 pieces celery sliced thin
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 lb. shrimp,or beef, or pork (small chunks)

Directions:
Directions:
Put little vegetable oil in large pan. ( Like a Dutch Oven) Cook garlic till brown, cook onion till done.
Then add carrots cook for 5 min, add celery cook for 10 min, add peas cook for 15 min. Add cabbage, cook 15 min. Place in bowl of water soak til soft. Season all with Silver Swan Soy Sauce and pinch of salt. Add meat (shrimp,beef,pork) and add soy sauce for color and flavor.
