3 C. sugar 3 C. cake flour
2 stick butter 1/2 pt. whipping cream
6 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Then add eggs and blend together. Add the vanilla, lemon and flour. Alternate with whipping cream and beat all ingredients well together. Pour into a tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 300 F. Check for being done and continue to bake until knife comes out clean. Let cool for about 5 min. then turn out.
