1 head Iceberg lettuce
1/3 C green onions, chopped
1 C chopped celery
1 small package slivered almonds, sunflower seeds or sesame seeds
½ package won ton wrappers, cut in strips.
2 -3 Chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
Oil for frying

Dressing:
½ C sugar
4 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 C oil (preferably sesame)
2/3 C Rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown slivered almonds in a little oil, remove and let drain on paper towels. In ¼ inch of oil, cook won ton wrappers, a few at a time, about 20-30 seconds each side (they will puff). Set those aside and let drain.

Mix dressing ingredients together in container with lid. Set aside until serving.
Chop lettuce, green onions and celery and toss together in large bowl. Add chicken and nuts and toss. Right before serving, shake dressing vigorously and toss into salad. Lastly, add won tons and toss once more.
