1 large can Italian stewed tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped onions

1 clove minced garlic

2 cups cubed toasted Italian bread

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic until soft. In 1 1/2 qt casserole combine tomatoes,onion,garlic, and herbs. Push bread cubes into mixture around edges of casserole and into center, making sure they are moistened with the juice from the tomatoes. Discard any extra. Bake uncovered until bubbly approx. 20 minutes at 350
