Cookies1 cup lard 2 c buttermilk 3 c sugar 1 tsp soda 1 cup crushed pineapple 1 tsp vanilla
Enough flour for soft dough Put soda in bowl add a little vinegar and stir add 2 cups buttermilk melt shortening add sugar and milk pineapple and flavoring. Add flour and chill bake in ungreased cookie sheet at 400* 10 minutes.
