2 rolls of reduced fat crescent rolls
3 eggs or egg beaters
cup of chopped onions
cup of chopped mushrooms
1 cup of shredded frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Roll crescent rolls out on a cookie sheet and seal the seams. Beat eggs till foamy then spread over the crescent rolls. Spread the hash browns potatoes, onions, and mushrooms over the crescent rolls then spread the cheddar cheese over the top. Bake 375* for 15 - 18 minutes.
