6 red potatoes
2 c water
1 onion chopped in chunks
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1 can fat free chicken broth
1 c fat free milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peal potatoes and cube. Put potatoes, chopped onion, water and chicken broth in Dutch Oven and boil till tender. Add evaporated milk, fat free milk and cheddar cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes. Mmmmm good!!
