1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
½ tap salt
1 C sour milk
½ C coca
1/3 C hot water

Then add the cocoa and water. Bake 350 for about 30 minutes in a 9X13 pan.
