½ c fat
1 ½ C sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1Tsp soda
½ c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
1 c mashed bananas
1 c nuts

Directions:
Cream sugar and fat add beaten eggs mix soda and milk add bananas vanilla and nuts bake 40 minutes @ 350* Icing: 1 C brown sugar 4 T milk 3 T butter put on stove don’t cook just melt sugar and thicken with powdered sugar add 1 T vanilla
