1 C water
1/2 C butter or margarine
1 C flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
4 eggs
1 4 oz pkg sliced cook ham, diced
1/2 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, over medium heat, heat together water and butter, until butter melts and is brought to a boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and mustard. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, until mixture is smooth. Beat in ham and cheese and drop batter onto greased cookie sheet, using a large spoon and push off with rubber spatula. Place each spoonful about 2 inches apart, swirling top of each. Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown, in a 375 oven.
Serve as a bread with soup, salad or main course.
