3 Bananas mashed (can use more)
3 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Soda
1 C. Sugar
C. Shortening
C. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients cut in shortening add buttermilk & bananas. Mix all together put in greased loaf pan. Cook in 350* oven for approximately 1 hour or divide dough in and put into 2 loaf pans.
