1 lb. chicken breast cut into cubes
2 T. olive oil
4 carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
4 cups chicken stock (stock is better but you can use water also)
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 box of bow tie noodles
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
2 T. seasoned salt
1 T. pepper

Directions:
In a large pot, cook chicken in olive oil until it is white. add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent. Add chopped carrots, celery and remaining ingredients except pasta. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add pasta to soup. Boil until noodles are tender.
