1 16 oz. can plum tomatoes
2 whole medium tomatoes
1 large green pepper
1 medium onion
1 bunch of cylantro
4 cloves garlic
1 or 2 T. red pepper flakes (depending on how hot you want the salsa to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients finely in place them all in a bowl together. If you have a food processor. Pulse ingredients lightly, leaving them on the chunky side. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Serve with pita chips.
