4 - 9 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
1 egg beaten
corn starch
oil
Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
4 TLB Ketchup
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 TLB soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts in strips, dip in egg then roll in cornstarch until covered. Place chicken in shallo baking pan, pour the sauce over it, bake it uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour; turn chicken every 15 min. (You can also put covered chicken in the crock pot and cook slowly.....just place chicken in crock pot and cover with sauce...then put lid on and let cook all day until done)
