1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar (rolling mixture)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate, and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time and add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Chill mixture 2 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar - roll and shape into balls. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
