1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 bananas, peeled and finely mashed
2 beaten eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar until very light, then add beaten eggs and bananas. Sift and beat in dry ingredients. Turn into greased loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes, then bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
