1 lb chicken breast, sliced into small pieces
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Mexicorn
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 - 16 oz. bottle of your favorite Salsa
1-2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese
Fritos or tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In your crock pot add all ingredients listed, except the cheese and chips. Stir mixture. Place crock pot on low to cook throughout the day.
Once cooked, you can serve this over your favorite chips (Fritos or tortilla chips) or serve it as is. Garnish with shredded cheese.
This is a great fall/winter dinner that is easy to put together before leaving for work and will be done by the time you get home. All your family members will enjoy this one!!!
