1 frying cut into serving pieces
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
2 t. salt
2 t. paprika
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c.butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and milk together. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture. Then dip it into flour mixture. Place chicken into a shallow pan that the butter has been melted in. Turn chicken to coat with butter. Bake at 350* skin side down for 30 minutes. Then turn and baked until tender.
