6-8 med. red potatoes
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 c. prepared Ranch-style dressing
1/4 c. bacon bits or cooked crumbled bacon
2 T. minced fresh parsley
\1 c. (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes until tender; cut into small slices (can leave skins on if desired) and set aside.

2. Combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and cheese. Placed potatoes in greased 9 x13 ' pan.

3. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes and gently toss with topping of 1/2 x. cheese. Combine corn flaked (2 cups)slightly crushed) and butter (1/4 cup, melted). Sprinkler over top. Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes.
