2 cups self-rising flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup milk

Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add mayonnaise and milk; mix well. Put in greased muffin pan. Put butter on top and bake at 450º for about 10 minutes. Makes about one dozen.
