1 cups sugar
cup flour
1 cups water
1 tsp butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
6 cups apples, unpeeled
2 cups red grapes
1 cup celery
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan combine sugar and flour. Stir in water and bring to a boil. Cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Combine apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts. Add cooked dressing and stir. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
