2 C sugar
4 or 4 C flour
3 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
3 Tbs milk

Filling: ground raisins or apricots, mixed with 1 Tbs lemon juice
Icing:
1 tsp flour
2/3 C sugar
1 C boiling water
Pinch of salt
