3 C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 cube butter
1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ 13 oz jar of marshmallow crème
Nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
On low heat, mix sugar, milk and butter. Bring to boil on medium for about 8-9 minutes. Test mixture—put a little in a glass of cold water, if it forms into a soft ball with your fingertips, then it is ready.
Take off stove and mix in chocolate chips, vanilla and marshmallow crème. Add nuts, if desired. Spoon into a buttered pan or one lined in wax/parchment paper and let cool. Best to let sit over night before cutting into pieces.
