1 ¼ lbs green tomatoes, sliced thin
5 ½ C chopped cabbage
6 – 8 chopped green peppers
3 medium onions, chopped
1 C sugar
2 C vinegar
½ C light corn syrup
1 Tbs yellow mustard seed
1Tbs celery seed
1 tsp ground ginger
1tsp ground turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato, cabbage, pepper, onion, and salt; cover and refrigerate overnight. In a saucepot, stir together the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Add vegetable mixture and simmer together for another 20 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
