Select fresh cukes—wash and pack clean in jars. Place several dill sprays and garlic on top (center).
Heat together until boiling:
1 quart water
1 quart vinegar
¼ C salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot over cucumbers to within ¼ inch from top. Seal. Ready in two weeks.
*Each quart will take about 1 lb cucumbers. These pickles do not always become cloudy but will change color immediately.
