2 lbs boiling potatoes (6 to 8)
2/3 C mayonnaise
2 heaping tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp sweet pickle juice
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1-1/4 tsp salt
2 small stalks celery, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Cook potatoes in their jackets in boiling water until barely tender. Cool, peel, and cut into ¾ - inch dice. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly, pour over potatoes, and mix lightly together. Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve chilled. May be garnished with sliced radishes or sliced, diced, or riced hard cooked eggs.
