3 Medium Avocados
3 Medium Green Tomatoes
4 Fresh Tomatillos (in produce section)
3 Cloves Garlic
2-3 Sprigs of Cilantro
1-2 Fresh Jalapeņos
1 1/2 C. Sour Cream
Salt to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel Avocados and place in blender (set one seed aside). In a medium saucepan, boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapeņos for 15 minutes. Remove from saucepan, cut off stems, and place all ingredients in a blender with the avocados. Add sour cream and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Refrigerate (until cool) and serve with chips or veggies.
