3 cans cream of Chicken Soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped green chilies to taste. (canned)
1c. cooking oil
12 corn tortillas
2c. gratd Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
4 Chicken breasts, cooked or 1 whole fryer, cooked and chopped
6 oz. Mozzarella chese sliced

Combine soup, sour cream, salt, and green chilles. Cook over medium heat until smooth (can do in microwave). Dip tortillas in hot oil for few minutes to soften. Drain. Spinkle in amount of cheddar and onion across tortilla center, Add about 3 tablespoons of chopped chicken and 2 tablespoons sauce. Roll and place seam side down in 12x9 inch baking dish. Top with slices of Mozzaralla. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cook at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6.
