1 egg
2 T milk
4 c crushed bar b q potato chips
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl whisk egg and milk. Place chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture then in chips. Place in single layer on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-15 min or until juices run clear. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
