1 pound carrots
2 tbsp grated onion
1-2 tbsp horseradish (to taste)
cup mayonnaise
tsp salt
pepper to taste
cup bread crumbs
butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice carrots crosswise. Cook until tender in small amount of water. Drain, reserving cup liquid. Place carrots in buttered casserole dish. Mix carrot liquid, onions, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over carrots. Mix crumbs with melted butter and put on top of carrots.
