1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 to 3/4 of a lemon, squeezed
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
sliced almonds, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Grill salmon fillets flesh side down (skin side up) for 2 to 4 minutes. Flip over to skin side and grill 10 minutes per inch of thickness (or until pink and flakey). Brush with sauce after salmon is flipped over.
